Janet has proven herself to be a very valuable NCW team member over the years. Having worked in the insurance industry since 1973, Janet worked for a small independent agency in her hometown of Ponca City, Oklahoma before starting at NCW in 1988. She loves being a grandmother and works hard to broaden her grandkids’ interests by introducing them to the opera and concerts, and “teaching them manners when we go out to eat,” she says. Despite the demanding nature of her work, Janet is known around the office for always keeping her cool and for baking the best birthday treats.
