With her background in human resources, Employee Benefits Account Manager Esmeralda Geiser joins NCW to provide clients with a strategic partner they can count on as they determine their employees’ benefits packages. Esmeralda is currently working on her dual master’s degree in human resources and accounting, which will help her become an even better partner to businesses in finding benefits that attract new hires and retain current staff.

Although she was raised in Arlington, Texas, Esmeralda has spent part of her life in Arizona and counts the Grand Canyon as one of the most interesting places she’s ever been. She highly recommends hiking to the waterfalls in the Grand Canyon. Although the hike can be difficult, the end result is absolutely worth it.
